this is my first post of these boards.
i just got into the "scanner" world myself, but have been in HF monitoring for a couple years now, mainly numbers stations (i have over 250 recordings), and mil.

yes, 5135 is a regular frequency for V2a, cuban (spanish) intelligence agency.
if you'd like to find out what is on at a particular time, this database is a good start:
