I have noticed that the frequencies listed on the FCC site do not always correlate with what the State puts on the tower.

You have site 112 Mead

The frequencies are all part of the 800 MHz public safety pool and seem to be mixed and matched wherever needed.
Except in very limited areas, there are no other licensees on those frequencies in the state so the state techs will take a look and see if the freqs that are put on the original FCC license app are what they want on the site. If not they will swap things around to minimize interference with another site.

That is one reason why the logging that people are doing with their Pro96com is so important. We can get the real scoop off of the air and ignore the "official" FCC records.

Thank you Bruce!

I have always wondered why there appeared to be extra or missing freq's on the FCC records compared to the database. I figured something down the line of what you mentioned was taking place however was uncertain.
