852.3375 MHz Safe-T?

I can pick up this 3600bps control channel in certain places in Lafayette. It comes up "M36:491C" On my pro-96. Any idea if it's part of the Safe-T network? I know it's not a birdie because of the designator 491C.

I've heard 3 talkgroups so far:

05040
26416
29168

Does the frequency conform to motorola 800MHz trunking systems, because I've noticed that all sites start with 855Mhz or higher. 852.3375Mhz seems low for a control channel.

Incredible...

I've been picking this up with my stock "Rubber Duck" antenna from Lafayette. In My opinion, that makes the pro-96 Simply Amazing.

I Doubt that Uniden's 296d would be able to do the same.
