I pick up a odd freq in Sussex co nj on 854.4625 I think it's EDACS I don't know can any one help I'm using a rs pro-164

If you suspect EDACS, I suspect NYComCo. New York Communications Company, under call sign WNMD-318, uses that frequency as LCN1 at their Site 3 (Ellenville, NY), which has a clear shot into central Orange County - and may continue to carry over the state line into New Jersey. What kind of traffic are you hearing over it?
