855.087Mhz LTR - Lebanon Community Schools or Hendricks Power?

Caught 855.0875 Mhz as Home Repeater 01 in the Crawfordsville area this afternoon.

Here's my question.

Is this Lebanon Community School District or Hendricks Power Cooperative?
Both are licensed on this frequency and approx. same distance from Crawfordsville.

Hendricks Power is also licensed on 855.0375 Mhz and 858.9125 Mhz?
