855.3875 Who Is this??

[SCPD]

Skip has been awesome here in Southern Grayson Co. (Texas) I Logged A BUNCH of Control Channels the other Night on both 800 and 900 Mhz. When Cross checking them in the DB I have found I have Heard the SAT/Bear Co. EDACS System-?? As well as Austin's Moto-CC some ISD in Bexar Co. Alot of AEP in TX and OK. but one the DB has NO Record of is this: 855.3875 it had the distinct sound of a CC But, Which type of system I could'nt even Identify. It did not sound like EDACS, closer to Motorola but Sort of Digitalized too. it's beyond me. So, Who is it??

The Skip was so good, When I was listening to the Longview/Gregg Co. CC, I could hear the Data Transfer in the streem. ID's were flashing at me, and I was just baffled as I wrote them down. ( I just found it today who it is)

The one that baffles me the second most is: 866.7750 which is supposed to be Montgomery Co. and/or Bexar Co. So Why did I hear it so darn well up here?

Anyways, Be nice to figure out who ownes 855.3875!

Have you tried Oklahoma. Where is your county? It could have been an image.

Sounds like a MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) or a computerized devices such as a electronic water meter/electric meter reading device. Some of those carry a sound like a Trunked Control Channel.

I am in Southern Grayson Co. Just south of the Red River and Oklahoma. It does Not show to Be an AEP Assignment. But, Very Possibly could be someones MDC Channel.

866.775 is also an East Texas Med Center freq in Tyler. Could it be from Tyler?

That very well could be Russell is it a Designated Control Channel that We Know of? I was hearing alot of the Smith Co. ETMC System that nite, so it very well could have been. I might have to load the 2067 up with the ETMC East systems and Go for a drive one nite this week.
