855.7125 active in Richmond

After the 7:00 a.m. fire dept. radio test this morning, (fire)station 3 called dispatch on 855.7125. This was an analog conventional repeater with a pl of 156.7
So, it looks like the PD and Fire could possibly have 800mhz conventional repeaters now.

heard the same traffic again this morning at about the same time. they are calling this ch 3

I wasn't there early enough to listen this morning.... but I understand the folks at RPD also have a freq they are using as a conventional repeater... I have had both of them in my scanner for a few weeks, haven't heard anything yet tho....

I've been in Richmond all week and the new fire repeater has had a little activity but I haven't heard anything out of the new PD repeater

yesterday one of the fire departments was doing some training and they used the new fire freq for some scene-setting....
