857.7875 in East Texas

I picked up a data channel while I was at Holly Lake Ranch (between Gilmer and Hawkins). I do not see this in the database. I have a 396 and put it in control channel only but did not get anything, I believe the signal was too weak.

Thank you very much, I guess I did not search hard enough. I was hoping to get the East Texas Medical trunk system and was going at it blindly since I did not have any information with me. These were the only two data channels I could pick up. I was surprised I could get those since just about any kind of 800 + mhz coverage is almost nonexistent there like cell phone.

You should be able to pick up East Mountain, Lindale, or even Elmo and Tyler sites from Holly Lake. It might be kind of weak, but you should hear something.

i'm up in the winnsboro area and have a 350c and can hear lots of the AEP channels when I scan the 800's with just the stock antenna, just don't have a trunk scanner to hear all the conversations
