Anyone know who was on/what was going on 866.0125 around like 3am last night?

I have it in my scanner as a Spotsylvania conventional direct channel, but it is actually a statewide/nationwide interagency calling frequency so it could have been anywhere?:

I'm in Charlottesville with a crappy antenna if that helps any. Seems odd I would pick up Spots county direct.

yes, it was Hanover S.D. talking to H.P.D.East trying to find somebody in the wood with a k9 unit from H.P.D. And it was actually on 866.5125 where I heard it.....

well the only reason I heard it is because I always sleep with my 296 by the bed on the nightstand and have the old pro 39 on the desk.....the pro 39 I have all the old pd channels from HPD, Richmond etc... and the M/A Freqs. Also have the new 5 Hanover freqs. programmed in the pro 39 to be ready when they go active. Since I live in Hanover the old pro 94 stays on in the kitchen constantly. All I have programmed in that is HSD stuff.
