866.28750 in Rverside County

Does anyone know who operates on 866.2875 in Riverside County East. I did a quick search of FCC and it comes back the county in Palm Desert and Indio. It sounds like PD but I can't tell who. Is this a channel that is part of the EDACS system? After every transmission you hear 5 beeps.

If you're hearing "5 beeps" your scanner was not programmed to receive EDACS.

Have you looked up the Riverside EDACS system here in RR's database?

I came here because I had gone to 2 other sites for freq's and both sites were incorrect...

That freq is listed on this site as LCN1 for the Santa Rosa Peak site.
