after scanning this frequency on a conventional mode it displays on the scanner as a ENC P25. Is this frequency cook counties and not northwest central dispatches digital system. also while doing a control channel mode it shows up on cook counties trunked system not northwest centrals digital system. although you got to love cook counties secured system.

also add 866.6125 to cook county

this frequency is also on cook counties trunked system. again after doing a control channel scan mode this frequency never showed up on northwst centrals digital system.

This is part of the Cook County system, a Voice channel on the North SmartZone site.

It was once used on NWCD's Astro system (7A22) but the freq got swapped to Cook County a couple years back due to some mistakes in the initail assignments.

The Cook County system (761B) has been in the Testing and construction phase for a couple years now, and freqs have been changed occasionally. In addition some testing of P-25 digital has been occurring as well. With the system in flux and the upcoming rebanding expect plenty of changes to come.

doesn't make any difference the system is to be secured so don't waste your time... i definately not and have removed it from my scanners. luckily i live on the lake county side of buffalo grove.
