I've been hearing 868.9875, PL 250.3 (encrypted) all day, repeater hang time is like 0 seconds. (right when radio is done transmitting), although, I DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS! lol, BTW, what is the most common hang time for repeaters? Most all comms around here are very quick.

This belongs in the Ohio forum, but I'll be nice and answer it. According to the RR DB, which is a very nice thing, that frequency belongs to the State of Ohio MARCS System. Click here.

Since this user is in Toledo, Ohio which is near Michigan, also, it could be in either state. The state of Michigan and the state of Ohio are both licensed for the frequency. But, for trunked system operations, not conventional as he heard.

I believe this belongs in both Ohio and Michigan forums.

I agree this does belong in location based forums. and it is also licensed to the marcs system hear in portage county.
