I'm looking at a waterfall with 10+ vertical lines quite evenly spaced at about 63Hz (strongest at 8,899,922Hz, making me think it's a PSK63 signal of some sort. FLdigi doesn't seem to decode it, or maybe it's because I don't know what I'm doing? Help?
(Thanks!)

Did it sound like gurgling bubbles? If so that's ALE 2G also known as Mil-Std-188-141A/B. If it sounded like straight data possibly a STANAG signal.

There are lots of decoders for ALE, but STANAG signals are in general encrypted except on rare occasions. Mike
