Interesting catch today. I got what sounded like Russian chat on 8992USB. Not the first time I have received this type of traffic on here but I thought it was worth mentioning anyway.

Do you recall the UTC time?? Interesting catch as I have read recent articles stating Russian military aircraft routinely flies near America's borders.....And I'm sure we do the same to them.

Actually in accordance with the "Open Sky" treaty; Russian military a/c routinely fly over the U.S.
