The only digital channels are the 700 MHz ones. D means Direct. For scanning purposes it is useless making the distinction between direct and repeater modes as both are the same freq.

Your first list is post rebanding. Second list is pre rebanding. (missing the 8CALL 856.0125 though)
IIRC pre-rebanding channels used to be called "ICALL", "ITAC#" but were changed a revsion or two ago.
CALL channels are CSQ, all others 156.7 PL as you stated.

...and yep anyone with a 800 MHz system around should probably have these handy.

Altho from a National perspective the 800 Interops are Analog and should Only be 156.7 Hz, there are some States/Regions that have also implemented "Local Tones" and use P25 on these for Local Operations.

Yep, certainly true enough. Mainly pointing out that D doesn't denote Digital in the NIFOG naming conventions though. Something that took me a couple of second and third looks to finally realize.

I keep all of these channels programmed in analog with no PL and digital with no NAC, and in the Philadelphia region there isnt a peep out of any of them, even though almost all of the counties have them setup. Seems like a waste to me...

That is good [not from a Scannist perspective tho] you hear nothing on them.
They are for the "Big One" and are typically not meant to replace your normal mutual aid channels and talk-groups. Even here in Boston they are quiet except for the Big Major events [Boston Marathon, First Night, 4th of July] where units who typically are not part of normal mutual aid are involved and the 800 is patched to the U and V Tacs as well as City Freqs for Interop
