900 MHz NOAA?

While searching the 800-900 MHz tonight, I ran into NOAA Weather radio on 923.900. Same recording that would normally be found on 162.400, Eastern PA / Western NJ.

Any thoughts?

That is in the range of Ham band 33CM 900MHZ range. Maybe a Ham Club with repeater relaying wx radio though I don't see that repeater listed..

It's a math thing...

923.9 - 162.4/2= 380.75, one of the IF's of the radio, IF Exchange will take care of this.
