I believe I ran across a few NIPSCO 900Mhz DMR Tier 3 repeaters. Each frequency returned to NIPSCO, but the 3 that I found showed they were part of system L10, AND system L11, each with a different site numbers. 936.7125 came up as L11-1.7 and L10-6, with several L10 neighbors. Why are 2 systems and 2 site numbers indicated? L11-1.7 makes sense eventhough the NIPSCO 900Mhz system in the RRDB doesn't indicate that it is System ID L11. 1.7 is correct for the region 1, site 7, Plymouth (Marshall county) listing with the 936.7125 frequency.
My questions:
1) Why does it indicate 2 system IDs and site numbers?
2) Why does DSD+ only show neighbors for the L10 system
3) Why is the system entered into the RRDB with the L11 site numbers?
4) Short of knowing the bandplan, base frequency, and channel spacing, how do I convert the L10 neighbor CC frequencies into L11 neighbors? (E.g L10-5 CC=403 is a neighbor of L10-6/L11-1.7. How do I figure out which L11 site L10-5 would be?)
