I mod.my Pro.97 so that I can recharge my batts.in the "BLACK"holder.Question:Can I also now use the "Yelow"holder to charge the Batts?
I understand that I can now only use Rechargeable Batts in '97 when plugged in.

You probably can, although since you are the one who did the mod, you would be the best one to determine that.

I would have gone for more yellow holders before such a mod.

As it is, I use rechargeables in black holders and rotate batteries through a charger.
