996p2 dmr key invalid? help

Trying to add my dmr key to a 996p2 but it keeps coming up invalid any ideas?

I see that you've registered 3 BCD996P2s on your myUniden page (under Nick223 account), but have not purchased a DMR key for any of them...

interesting because i have 3 keys on my registration page also 3 emails from uniden with keys and 2 of them have been entered and working for awhile now...

Ah...our back-end tool hasn't been reset to show for the new upgrades. Logged into the front-end and I can see them.

All 3 keys look good against the provided ESN/Checksums.

Verify that the ESN ending "78000601" matches the ESN in the scanner.

I go back in to try and re add it and its saying DMR has already been activated so maybe im good now
