BCD325P2/BCD996P2: 996p2 repair question

I have a 996p2 and it looks like the ext speaker jack doesn't work. I never sent anything in before but can I send just the scanner into uniden or do they want all the accessories with it like power supply, vehicle power supply, mount screws, etc..

That's what I was thinking. But I thought I read on the site to send everything. I just wanted to double check. But you send payment with it?

Only if you expect them to fix it.

Always good to read your scanner memory and save it before sending it off for repair. Just in case something needs to be done that re-sets the memory.

The technicians at Uniden will have any accessories that might be needed to deal with the repairs.
