996t convention frequency audio troubles

I have a uniden BCD 996T this unit or my programing wont play the audio of conventional frequency's it will stop on the freq but no audio all the digital freq have very good output

the CN rail and city police folders are my conventional radio freq that i cannot get to work

if someone could help me with this or have any suggestions it would be very much appreciated

i have attached a zip one file for arc and the other for 996t software

You won't get much help until you actually post some system files.

Make sure you haven't marked the conventional channels as Digital Only.
