I just bought a 996T and want to know what is the quickest way or series of keypresses to access and listen to the WX in an instant while driving?

Can the WX button on the front be reprogrammed to actuall scan WX instead of just turn on the alerting?

PLEASE HELP

Hold the WX button down for about 5 seconds.

C5 I dont think the button can be re-programmed. Although would have made more sense to have it as one touch to listen to weather and HOLD for SAME alert (basically the opposite of the way it is)
