I can't remember if it was my bc296d or my bc796d but you hit some buttons and it would find what Sound Qulty would work.But with BCD996xlt there is noting like that what the deal .We pay 500 buck and it can't find the best p25 tower for use . I may be wrong .It would have been nice to have a real manual to look at and not a computer manual.
