996xt FAQ Suggestions

I suggest that a FAQ is started to address common issues with the scanner.. IE like this..



Q. My 996xt scanner keeps going into modes i dont want like save TGID and Qucik Search how do i get out of these menus.. Since (.no) is not the correct way to exit them.

A. The L/O Key serves as a cancel / Back button..

Create one in the wiki - in fact, we already have a DMA FAQ there. You could link it right off of that. Much of what you would find for the 996XT is likely to apply to the 396XT too.
