im hearing some type of training tape on 6896, just wondering if anyone else is hearing this at 1640 hrs?

That is a radio maint. tape ... they play it from time to time... possibly testing signal strengths or something....

good thing we dont have that in our fire dept radios, that would drive me crazy listening to that thing
