First:
I see Oak Creek PD lists a UHF repeater pair for it's MDT/MDC channel, which jives with the UHF 1/2w antenna on the cars. However, I noticed the last time I was on the south end of the county that Franklin and Greendale PD are sporting the same antenna on their cars. Am I correct in assuming that they are using the same data system? The average Franklin PD car is sporting quite an antenna farm these days, but all I've seen is the /\/\ MCS2000 800 TRS radio and /\/\ Spectra (presumably VHF).
I'm not looking for secret squirrel info..just a clarification for someone who knows.
Second:
Who's got the scoop on the Milwaukee Area Skywarn Association and their new VHF license for 152.375, 152.435, 153.350, 157.635, 157.695 and 160.065 MHz...? I'm loosely familiar with (some of) the group, with the majority being amateur licensee's...hence my puzzlement about the need for 6 commercial freq's.
