A few pics of my collection

I decided to get the radios I use daily together in one spot for a few pictures.
I have others boxed up in storage but these are my daily use radios. Most are spread out over my place in 2 rooms. I usually take the Yaesu VX-5R and Uniden BCD396XT with me out and about.

A shot of all of the radios plus a TV I don't use anymore that made a good temporary shelf for the base radios.

Handhelds and Base Radios. 2 Handhelds left to right: Uniden BC3000xlt, Radio Shack Pro 96.
Base scanners: Uniden BCD996XT, Radio Shack PRO 2037, and Uniden BC895XLT.

Handhelds and Trunk88. The Handheld radios from left to right in this picture: Icom R2, Yaesu VX-5R, Uniden BC246T, Radio Shack 212, Yaesu FT-50R, Uniden BCD396XT. Beatup laptop in the back is monitoring the State of NC VIPER system via Trunk88.

I have always said I am a radio fan. I have both GRE/Radio Shack as well as Uniden Radios in my collection. Hell, if it receives a signal decently I will buy it no matter whose name is on the label as long as the price is right! :lol:
