Got a few questions about talkgroups on Polk's system.
25616 - This is some fire department's channel, but not a dispatch channel. It would fit logically as a Winter Haven FD channel. It was active today, and belongs to one of the departments involved with a large fire in Bartow this morning.
28432 - This is a police channel, but I don't know whose. It's a "'car/car" channel, and probably belongs to one of the smaller departments in the county. It's active (briefly) most every day.
40944 - This has previously shown up as a digital (well, encrypted, I think... I'll have to check my Trunker logs) talkgroup, but that was over a year ago. It's now analog and was being used by a fire department yesterday--the firefighter thought that he was on another channel. It's not active that much.
