a Helix Pro 378 antenna?

i bought a Helix Pro 378 antenna? Does anyone know anything about it? It is pvc pipe caped at both ends with a f connector on the end.

sorry to be redundant but it is a pvc pipe with pvc caps at both ends with a f connector in one end and
with the words Helix Pro 378 under clear tape on one end. It is made like the maxx-tenna. Thank you for
