A new one for me anyway. I received this on 8725 kHz, about 0030 hours. It was a metallic sounding female voice (similar to the metallic sound of those Andrews EAMs) repeating the same thing over and over: "5,4,8 ahmic ferro ferro". Repeated constantly as though a tape loop or something. Then, finally, she simply said "out".
The voice sounded kind of Spanish, and she rolled her r's heavily when saying "4". The pace was fast which was also unlike the Cuban lady.
I received it on a Kenwood R-1000, using an indoor homemade loop antenna with a built in, experimental high pass filter, all of it built from junk.
