I bought two other BCD436HPs last week with the intent of giving one to my daughter and son-in-law in Phoenix, who have shown some interest in scanning, since I put my x36HPs on their kitchen table listening to the RWC and other systems when my wife and I visit. Thought it would be a nice Christmas present. But guess what, they like my 536HP better.
So returned one of the new 436HPs (kept the other one) and got them a 536HP for Christmas. So now we have three 536HPs in the family. I know you are working on the WiFi app, advanced features, and updates. I hope these will be available in the near future (near being a relative term).
They are great units, but anxiously waiting for them to be even better.
