Just tweaked the listening post today so I could bring out the Yaesu FRG-7. Will keep things like this for a while, but the FRG-7 will be shipped to Colorado before the end of the year for a little TLC. Of the radios that I own, the FRG-7 has the best sound from its built in speaker than any other radio. A real pleasure to listen with.

Very nice setup. By the way, there is a clean looking FRG-7 on the Goodwill Industries website for $45.00, plus shipping. Seems like a really good price for a classic receiver that has a very well deserved great reputation.

Love the R5000 too that you have. Another great receiver for it's time.

I took a chance and scored the FRG-7 from the goodwill site. Arrives this Friday, fingers crossed!

Again nice setup. Your FRG-7 looks right at home.

Good luck. Mine is on its way to Colorado for a tune-up. :)

nice and clean set up. I like it!

I liked it, too. Then I realized it would be much easier on me to flip the locations of the radios and speakers. Once the FRG-7 returns from Colorado, I'll update the pic. Easier to tune the R-5000 and the R75 when they are on the lower level. :)
