1103: injured firefighter (fell on the ice) - cmd requesting an additional ALS unit (initial ALS crew was put in service as the RIT team)
Total of 61 personnel on the incident at this time - including two units from Kent Island
1112: Shutting down Cape St. Claire Rd completely to facilitate water supply operations; main ops on ECHO - water supply operations are now on FOXTROT
