TG = Talkgroup

No, that's what the "* " means. CC on DMR is Color Code, as was stated.

By the way, technically the asterisk in the field is a wildcard. As @mikewazowski pointed out, it means that the info is not known, and so we use a wildcard to represent any valid possibility for that value.
