Abell TH-278AH Transceiver Owner's Manual

Does anyone know where I can get an owner's manual for the Abell TH-278AH Transceiver? If not not can anyone tell me how to program it for local VHF ham repeaters? My good friend Phil Smith programed it on a couple of local repeaters and it works excellent! I just want to be able to program it myself. Thanks.

Those are instructions for Kenwood x70 series radios, and I think that the Abell might be the same thing inside. Give it a shot and let us know what happens.
