about ARC300 cd + key

I have just purchased the ARC300 software cd from scannermaster. Does anyone know if the registration key automatically comes with the cd? I also order a GRE PSR-300 scanner plus the GRE USB cable.I have also read here that the new driver for the USB cable has to be installed. I will seaarch for the updated driver in these posts. Any comments or direction will be greatly appreciated.

I don't have ARC300, but I did buy ARC246 on a cd. The registration key is printed on a label which is on the back of the cover sheet (I don't know what to call it) that comes on the CD case.
