So I just noticed that a new license grant was issued to Delmarva Power on 6/1/21: FCC Callsign WRMS976 (Delmarva Power and Light Company) I'm no by no means an expert, but it appears that several emission designators are listed as P25 Phase 1 :unsure: . With Odessa and possibly Millington...

Mobile radio IDs match the truck numbers.

To clarify, this was activated in South Jersey around 8/1. Did not get specific info on specific TGs due to other time constraints.

I was able to get P-25 control channels here in Maryland, however no traffic on system yet.

I went into the database, clicked on the system, clicked on the call sign for the analog site, did a proximity search on a known analog site to come up with the new call sign and frequencies for each site. YMMV

Boat load of new TGs have popped up,I’ll review my ProScan recordings later. Private calls are active on the system also.

65 - keyups
69 - radio testing
77 - announcement made that phone lines will be transferred to DE for 30 minutes
79 - announcement made that an OCC evacuation drill is in progress and phone lines will be transferred to DE for 30 minutes
81 - keyups

I had a chance to take a ride this morning to the NJ/DE state line, and Site 1 (New Castle Simulcast) is still in analog trunking mode. I'm not sure if this system will be a site by site change-over to P25, or if it will have the switch flipped all at once.

I was able to take a trip on the Eastern Shore of MD and run two scanners at the same time, one on the analog and the other on the digital system. I was still hearing traffic on the analog system and heard nothing on the digital system not even encrypted blips, however all of the Shore sites were up and running and carrying site information on the control channels.
