Acars: Suggestions ?

Hello,

I know this has (probably) been covered before, but please bear with me.
Will blame it on old age.

Would like to monitor Acars, and any derivatives of.

I have an Icom R-8600, and also use SDR# with an Airspy HF+Discovery.

What program would be simplest for me ?
"Simple" being a very important criteria for me these days.

mac best, but pc O.K. too

Willing to purchase, if not free.

I use black cat acars for VHf. I also have sorcerer but never tried it for VHF acars. If you have an HF antenna you can decode HFDL with PC-HFDL.

With an SDR capable of receiving 1090 MhZ and appropriate plugin/software you could decode ADS-B, I guess it could be done with the 8600 but never tried it.

Also with a patch of dish antenna you could decode L-BAND Inmarsat satellite for aero and even voice.
