acarsd - download issue, Norton does not like it

When I try to download acarsd - Free ACARS decoder for Linux & Windows My Norton antivirus does not like it and automatically removes it. Is there an issue with the download or is Norton being too careful? If there is an issue, can someone recommend another ACARS software decoder package?

What alert is norton giving?..

AV will sometimes flag
an app if its a new release/
low reputation score..
or even just randomly..
I usually just manually
OK/create exemption...

I find it happens often
especially with this group
of software..the number of
users globally is minuscule
in comparison to say....acrobat
or minecraft..ect...

Norton message

After I download the file, open the zipped folder and click on installer it says "---- first extract other files". I do that and then Norton gives a message that Quickinstall.exe is not safe and has been removed and then says TK84.dll is not safe and has been removed. I stop at that point.
