Accessory Port on Minitor IV amp charger

Hello...Does anyone have any simple projects or know of any commercial products available for the "accessory" port on the back of the Minitor IV amplified charger. I'm looking for either something that turns the lights on or activates a station speaker, etc. I'm not really very techno-oriented, so please be gentle.
