Boone County Sheriff on the scene on US 421 just south of state road 47 on a serious pi accident. 6-81 calling for Lifeline and a FACT team to the scene. Boone County calling for Clinton County for Station 6 Kirkland Fire and Rescue to the scene. Boone County Sheriff is calling out reserve deputies to cover the county. Radio Traffic is on Safe-t talkgroup 6160 Sheridan Fire from Hamilton County is also on the scene. Engine from Sheridan is talking to lifeline on fire point to point 154.280 Fri 6-15-2012 2:00PM Update at 2:19PM Lifeline is picking up a 29 year old female from the accident scene going to St.V on west 86Th street.

Boone County calling for Clinton County for Station 6 Kirkland Fire and Rescue to the scene.

That's probably Kirklin, which is a town in southeastern Clinton County about 5 miles from the intersection of US 421 and SR 47.

And, it's about 6 miles from Sheridan to that intersection.

Yes Bob that is Kirklin which is Station 6 in southeastern Clinton County. They also called for Sheridan Fire from Hamilton County and Zionsville Fire was also on the scene with a medic.

This accident turned into a fatal with a woman dead from the accident.

Sheridan Fire responds to most, if not all, of the fire and medic runs in the NW corner (Marion Twp.?) of Boone County. There must be a contract for them to provide fire and EMS service in that area.

I have not been able to monitor Kirklin Fire. Are they on SAFE-T?

Aerial photos of the scene from WTHR show some town PD cars at the scene in addition to Boone County Sheriff. Were they from Sheridan PD?

See post #3 in this thread. Kirkland Fire and Rescue is in South Eastern Clinton County and is dispatched by Clinton County Fire on Safe-t on talkgroup 46400. Kirkland Fire is Station 6 when they are dispatched out for a call in Clinton County.

Kirklin is in Southeastern Clinton County. For your info Clinton County is just north of Boone County.

If you have knowledge of Indiana geography you would have known that Kirklin was in Southeastern Clinton County.
