Semi-roll over eastbound I -70 at State Road 39 (Milemarker 59) Semi is on its top. Driver is trapped in the truck.Plainfield Fire is on scene.ISP Dist 52 is advising that the driver is out and they have a small fuel leak from one of the fuel tanks on the truck.Truck is loaded with autoparts.
