ATV accident in Darlington with a person who has blood in the mouth and is having touble breathing. Star ambulance and Darlington Rescue 21 on scene. Command requesting a PHI Air Evac to the scene. ETA is 10 Mins. Medics will be talking to PHI on IHERN for the LZ Landing Zone. Radio Traffic is on Safe-t Talkgroup 13104 Montgomery County Fire talkgroup 13104. Update at 6:04 PM accident is on county road 700 East in Montgomery County.
