Can someone from Uniden help me. I created two accounts(I did one account and when I did not get the password I did another) on the Uniden website days ago so I can update my BCD996t for a project I am working on. I have not recieved my password for either account yet so I can registar my scanner so I can get the activation code so I can update.

I changed your email address to the phone number you used when registering (including hyphens). User ID is CR_Tech.

Thanks for getting me on here, so now can I get help getting into the Uniden site. I tried to register on Monday and still the site does not admit I am a member and I never got emails. Seems I am not the only one with the issue.

We are good now, I got my unit updated and I am rocking. Thanks for your help.
