Account is not recognizing that I'm a premium user

I just purchased the $15 Premium account. But its still showing that I'm not a premium user on the account and therefore in Chirp it wont show up as me being a premium user. Thats the whole reason why I paid for it to begin with.

And now i find there is no way to directly contact anyone from Radio Reference.

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like it resolved itself.
