Account not able to send PMs

Dear Administrator, I understand that I can't send e-mail or PMs until I have posted four times. I have posted over that number and have a premium account and was hoping you could help me receive PM privileges. I'm sorry if this is the wrong location to ask this but I cant get my PM to the administrator work.

I see nothing in your account preventing you from using PM's. I'll send you one as a test. Please check and advise.

I tried to reply and it shows nothing went. I can read your message and type back to you and preview the message but when I send it shows "no messages" in my sent folder.

I got it and replied. Check your options and make sure you have the option set to save it to your sent folder.

The former default was not to store Sent PM messages. This has since been changed.
