ACFD radio question??

1) Does Atlantic City FD simulcast on their old VHF channel 154.025 with Pl 114.8?
2) Do they still say Wide awake Wide Awake?

The reason I ask, is because I just heard a company get dispatched to a medical call on North Massachusetts Ave. I'm in Rutherford using an old Midland mobile radio on an antenna that's about 80 feet up and I'm on a high spot in town. I'm guessing the answer to my question is yes and I picked them up on a skip. The signal was somewhat scratchy put clear enough to hear it I have it locked on that channle now abd nothing.
