ACI 900, INC. ?

Is anyone familiar with ACI 900, INC. ? Are they just another SMR company like Total Radio and Leon's Radio? They have a 900mhz system pending for Tulsa. I wonder if it will be analog? Here is the link...

They are part of NexTel. Or Sprint/NexTel, or, NexTel/Sprint depending on what they're calling themselves this week
