Haven't heard of them, but isn't $449 list price? They're $349- $369 on many websites (Scanner Master, Universal Radio...)

I am sure you can find it cheaper ... this is a funny place to be buying scanners from. But they are Canadian .. which is a plus, as I see they offer free shipping.

I was in contact with the guy a few times last year about him carrying the PSR-800 - He responded very quickly to my emails and was pleasant to deal with.
