Is anybody here able to send me or post the most up to date information on the Action Radio, Ancom and Mobile Radio Engineering systems around the Twin Cities? I have to imagine that what is listed on the database here is slightly outdated.

As far as Ancom goes I have not listed to the system in a while the latest DSD, however it appears there are four systems. One three site+ Cap+ system and a single site Cap+ at each of the same sites.

Ancom's Connect Plus system has been worked on a lot to get all the site information, how ever there are a lot of unknown subscribers out there. The cool thing is they are spitting out a CC map on the control channels and DSD will decode this. It has helped a lot with mapping the system.

The biggest thing is determining what legacy systems are still on the air.

The Connect Plus frequencies on my log are:

461.9625 Ancom Communications Inc. WPQA954

462.1250

464.4000 Ancom Communications Inc. WPQA954

464.6000

All are Color Code 9.

While I don't see an Ancom license for 462.125, TGID 50710 was on both 461.9625 and 462.125.

Is it possible that this is the only Connect Plus system in the Twin Cities area?

Does this show up in the database here and I missed it?

I was listening to 451.8625 earlier this week. It sounded like it is a single frequency analog LTR site. Does anybody here have any more details on this one?

451.8625 is LCN 01 of what used to be ANCOMs 7 channel system - Lifelink III was on this before ARMER along with a large number of tow operations before they went to the DMR side of ANCOM. I have been monitoring this system for a few days again recently and have only seen 0-01-xxx Talkgroups so it is likely a single LCN System now.

Schools system? Discussing students. Maybe bus? Talking about "stops."

There are school buses that are subscribers to this system - Talkgroups in use are still the same as always just a lot fewer. As users switched to DMR from the LTR, ANCOM switched some of the LCNs from LTR to DMR
